Mohit has over 20 years of experience with Deloittes, PwC and Ernst & Young in Sydney in Strategy, Corp Finance and Risk Management solutions.
He was part of E&Y’s Global Team on Risk and Compliance which is brain-tank for formulating guidance on designing controls around critical processes outsource to external organisations.
Mohit has acquired strong experience in managing and leading process improvement, strategic change management and risk management projects within large diversified Australian and globally listed companies.
He has been adviser on the risk management/governance frameworks on various M&A deals (pre and post) and outsourcing deals (pre and post).These framework are designed to mitigate and manage risk in the most efficient manner.
He was co-researcher and key co-contributor to the pioneering KPMG global report on Financial Services Knowledge-Process Outsourcing entitled "Knowledge Process Outsourcing - unlocking top growth by outsourcing the core".
He has served clients which includes KPMG, AMP, MLC, Citigroup, ACP, Broadspectrum, Bauer Media, Govt of Queensland, QUT, Macquarie, Superpartners, ANZ, Lumley Insurance to name a few.
Mohit has recently authored a ground breaking research on Robotics and Process Automation- benchmarking 12 service providers including IBM, HP, Dell, WNS, Cognizant to name a few. ANZ Bank is one of the Mindfields client which are been covered in the report.
Mohit is an Australian born in India and he is ACA, CISA, CISM, CFE, MCSD, CISSP, ISSMP and Masters in Oracle Financial Implementation. He has worked for the clients based in India, UK, US, Fiji, PNG, New Zealand & Australia
